EPW Reforge was the first pay-per-view event of the new era of Evolution Pro Wrestling, then known as Xtreme E-Wrestling. The show was live from Greensboro, North Carolina and featured the Heavyweight Title Tournament Finals and a match that would give Hudman half ownership of the company. The event also featured EPW's first ever Scaffold Match between King Hardkore and Blackheart.
