Ranken's Rules Match Oliver Ranken vs. Michael O'HearnIt all started on the May 7, 2008 episode of RiOT where a number of the American Gladiators were in attendance. Michael O'Hearn(Gladiator Titan) took exception to this as he proceeded to jump over the guard rail and separate the two men.
The following week on RiOT, the stage was set for Oliver Ranken and O'Hearn to settle their differences, but due to a dispute with network, the match was pulled from the card and will now take place at Rise From The Ashes. However, the new Senior Official of EPW, Jack Wolf stepped in and ordered that the match be restarted due to Jayson Mayne not being the legal man when he pinned Alex Grey. The match was restarted and the team of Grey and B-Boy came out victorious.
Following their match, Jayson Mayne and Connor Banks tracked down EPW Executive Chairman, Stephen Cardin to complain about the way that their match ended. Asking for a rematch with Grey and B-Boy, they got more than they bargained for as Mr. Cardin added The Cromartie Brothers to the mix. |
